1. About the Service
Canada Dog Care is an online directory that helps people in Canada discover dog-related businesses and services, including veterinarians, groomers, walkers, sitters, daycares, boarding facilities, trainers, breeders, pet stores, shelters, and rescues. The Site provides information and connections; we are not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account or submit content. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Verification badges, where offered, indicate that certain checks were completed at a point in time; they are not a guarantee of quality, licensing, or current status.
- We may edit, refuse, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including duplicate, inaccurate, closed, or policy-violating listings.
5. User Content and Reviews
- You retain ownership of content you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Site.
- Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Fake, incentivized, defamatory, or conflict-of-interest reviews are prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.
- We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; harass or impersonate others; submit spam or fraudulent listings or reviews; scrape or harvest data without permission; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable law.
7. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site, including guides on dog health, nutrition, and training, is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health of your animal. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary service immediately.
8. Directory Disclaimer
Listings and business information are provided by business owners, third parties, and public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any business listed on the Site or for any interaction or transaction between you and a business. You engage third-party businesses at your own risk.
9. Advertising and Affiliate Links

10. Intellectual Property

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
